URGENTLY SEEKING non union comedic actors to shoot this TUESDAY 10/13:
CASTING CALL - STUDENT SHORT - “EGGS BENEDICT”
Shoot Date: This Tuesday, 10/13/26, 9AM - 5PM
Location: Wicker Park
Project Description: My classmates and I are filming a short, 4-page comedy script for our production class in our MFA program at DePaul University. We are seeking two comedic actors:
BARNEY (20s) Male: Clueless, bumbling, but strong-willed. Pretends to know how to cook eggs benedict to impress Sandra, his girlfriend.
SANDRA (20s) Female: Opinionated, and out of Barney’s league. Endeared and initially impressed by Barney’s promise to cook her favorite dish.
These are NON PAID, NON UNION roles. Lunch will be provided, as well as a digital copy of the finished project.
There will be MILD simulated intimacy (walking arm in arm up a staircase).
