Casting: Background Talent that look like High School Students
GENRE: Indie, Romance-Comedy Movie
Similar in style to High Fidelity, though from the female-perspective - This film pays homage to early-aughts teen dramas (like Dawson's Creek), through the lens of self-discovery and millennial quarter-life angst.
DATES: this Friday, October 30th High School STUDENTS (CHICAGO, Illinois) and next Friday, November 6th High School PARTY GOERS (WHEATON, Illinois)
If you fit the following description, available the entire day/night either day OR both days (we do not know hours yet), please submit. Let us know if you are only available one of the days.

We need to submit by Sunday evening.

RATE OF PAY: $136.40 guarantee for up to 8 hours, plus time and one half if overtime. A few non-speaking 'featured' extras will be at $156.00 guarantee for up to 8 hours, plus time and one half if overtime. If pulled for some Stand In work, and extra $30 bump will go in effect.
High School Boyfriend will be selected for the 30th at the higher 'featured' rate.
For 11-06, the following will be selected for 'featured' rate. *Please note if you have played a guitar or drums. They will have the instruments and you do not need to play well for Asher's Band Mates. Just look like you are playing.
In addition on 11-06, we need a volunteer for 'The Makeout Guy' (intimacy-kissing may be required). Fully clothed. An additional $30 to the 'featured' rate of pay will apply for him.
Asher's Girlfriend will also be selected as 'featured' for this day.
(intimacy-kissing may be required). Fully clothed. An additional $30 to the 'featured' rate of pay will apply for her also.
*quicker turnaround time for pay than most indies since only filming for a few weeks and not many extras will be cast and we know the crew
There will be a few more opportunities and a few more age ranges posted later next week. This post is only for High School looking age and the only days they will be scheduled for.
Thank You!
