Male dancer needed for Logan Square shoot 11/21
Male dancer needed for Chicago shoot 11/21-2nd call extended deadline
Hi! I'm helping produce a project for a friend, and we are looking for an actor who can dance. Please submit according to the instructions below! All other roles are cast!
SHOOT DATE: 11/21 (but you will need to likely do a couple rehearsals or a makeup test prior)
TIMES: likely 2p-11pm but actual hours TBD
LOCATION: Chicago Northside Logan Square
RATE: TBD but I’d assume a couple hundred dollars.
UNION STATUS: Non-Union
DESCRIPTIONS: Male Dancer, late 20s to late 30s. Elegant, classic leading-man presence with an old-Hollywood feel. Poised, romantic, slightly mysterious, and able to convey emotion nonverbally through movement, eye contact, and chemistry with his dance partner.
Some dance or movement experience is a plus, especially ballroom/waltz, but the choreography will be fairly minimal and straightforward. Any ethnicity. Lean to average build preferred. Must be comfortable with extensive aging/skeletal makeup effects
